KeyTranslate

I made KeyTranslate because I got tired of constantly jumping between translators, ChatGPT and other services just to translate or clean up a piece of text.

The idea is simple: write or select text in Reddit, Discord, Telegram, a browser or almost any other app, press a hotkey, and get the result directly in the same field.

You can use it for normal translation, improve awkward wording, fix grammar without rewriting everything, or paste part of a conversation and generate a reply based on the full context.

Main features:

For OpenRouter, you can choose the model and control the maximum output token limit.

KeyTranslate does not automatically send messages or press Send, Post, Comment or Enter. You always review and send the final text yourself.

API keys are stored in Windows Credential Manager. There is no built-in translation history, no KeyTranslate account and no telemetry.

This is still an early version, so the UI and some details will probably change, but the main functionality is already working.
